Our stencils are made using our jet edge 60,000 psi waterjet machine, so we can make one single stencil, or thousands of the same if necessary.

      From parking lots to football fields and much more, we are able to create a stencil for any of your painting needs. You can choose from any number, letter, or logo that already exists or you can get in contact with us so we can discuss having a customized design or logo made up for your specific needs. These stencils can be cut from any material, including aluminum and HDPE plastic.

       HDPE stands for high density polyethylene,  which is what we cut the majority of our stencils from. We prefer to use HDPE over traditional plastics because it does not crack or break  under any type of normal use. HDPE is also resistant to most solvents and chemicals so cleaning is very easy. In fact, the paint usually peels right off the surface. Our High Density Polyethylene stock is sixty thousandths (.06) of an inch thick, which makes it thin enough to roll up for storage, but strong enough to use for years.

             If HDPE does not fulfill your needs, we have means of  creating your stencil out  of  aluminum, wood, or almost any other material  known to man. The following pages are a few examples of what we have done in the past.
